At Aarambh, we aim to deliver your orders within 7-14  working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please anticipate slight delays during the festive season, sale periods, and other major holidays in India.

Delivery Charges:

  • Complimentary Delivery: Enjoy free direct courier delivery on orders of  ₹3000 or more.

  • Nominal Delivery Fee: For purchases below ₹1000, actual courier charges will be charged for direct courier delivery.

All deliveries, both local and international, come with tracking details.

Local Deliveries: We typically partner with leading courier services for all local deliveries. Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification from us along with your tracking details. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will notify the recipient via SMS. The order will then be scheduled for redelivery or placed in the nearest collection center for self-collection.

Refund and Exchange Policy for Aarambh

At Aarambh, we take pride in crafting custom-made, made-to-order candles to meet your unique preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Exchange Policy:

  • Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and your order details.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@aarambh.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for the exchange process.
  3. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.
